blackberry curve 8520 wont update back to OS 5.0?

i have blackberry curve 8520 which had OS 5.0 but i downgraded to OS 4.6 because it went off one day.Now when i try to upgrade back to OS 5.0 using my laptop software, it downloaded the software up to 276/349 and it keeps telling me that there is an error with my wireless network.....what should i do?? help please...

Hey there!
I think you should go to a BlackBerry store and ask them to upgrade it for you. It wouldn't take long. I got mine upgraded from there. Hope this helps
