Blackberry Bold Trackpad problems, help!?

My Bold's trackpad stopped working suddenly
All of the other buttons work, and I can click on anything with the trackpad but I cannot scroll at allllll.
Didn't drop the phone, but any idea why this may be happening and how I can fix this?!

Press the Menu Button (to the left of the Trackpad) & select Options -> Reset Settings
