Use an usb cord and connect the blackberry to your laptop or computer, the computer screen should say enable mass storage, say yea. Open up the home menu ( you know, where all the apps, game, etc list) click on connections, usb drive, files, and your pics should be there. It's been a few years since I've done it sorry.
