BitTorrent and uTorrent keep disappearing?

Every time I install both BitTorrent and uTorrent they keep dissapearing from my computer, I have them installed in my regular program files folder on my computer running Windows Vista. They seem to work on only one user which is an administrator but I have no Parental controls set up to prevent me from accessing both of these programs. They work fine on every other computer that i use them on bar this one, any help would be greatly appreciated and thanks in advice.

try turning off your anti-virus and also look in your quarantined to see if they have disabled them, if yes then click allow
