Beaver Creek Road Wildfire northeast of Fort St. John listed as ‘out’

The Beaver Creek Road wildfire, which has been burning for over a week, is now listed as ‘out,’ According to the BC Wildfire Service (BCWS). It was located on kilometre 17 on Beaver Creek Road, approximately 80 kilometres northeast of Fort St. John. BCWS says fires listed as ‘out’ mean suppression efforts are complete. The wildfire, which was as large as 17 hectares, was first reported on April 23rd around 11:20 a.m. and listed as ‘under control’ on April 24th. According to the BCWS, the fire wa
