I have been having these chest pains lately that started maybe a few weeks ago. The last few days (especially today have been the worst). I just feel this tight clenching feeling near my heart all of a sudden that lasts for like 2 seconds and then the pain kind of dies down. I don't know what it is. I do drink alot of caffeine but I cut down alot lately. In the last 2 days the only caffeine I have had was a tiny can of red bull. What could it be and what should I do? I don't have health insurance right now.
