Ok so I have been recently watching this new channel on direct TV, channel 255 the XTRA Network. Its epitome is to advertises stuffs especially for health and exercise related. Such workout DVD programs like the two websites as previously posted (and like the Zumba dance). Are those really work? I mean, I can't argue with numbers, since each cost $120. Nevertheless, still a bit skeptical since the Internet never portray the real image of it. Is it just a scam to get your money and never gotten your product? Well, they have a plethora of testimonials, but perhaps they are all just paid actors and actresses.
