I recently bought a load of Collins' Classics editions of such books as A Tale of Two Cities, The Hunchback of Notre-Dame and The Three Musketeers. I also bought Dickens' Hard Times, and this is the first of these editions that I've read. To me, compared to other Dickens' novels, it seemed like it might be abridged. It doesn't say on the editions that it is, but it doesn't say complete and unabridged either. Can anyone help?
