Hey everyone,
A few years ago I was doing cross country and the horse stopped dead right after the jump and I flew over her neck. My stirrup got caught in the stirrup and I broke my talus bone (the bone that connects your foot to your leg) in half. Anyways, I had to start riding western pleasure, because riding english hurt WAY too badly. Hunt seat is my heart though, and I really want to try and get back to it.
Basically, my ankle is stiff all the time and have a pretty limited range of motion. I have chronic arthritis, and have had tendinitis issues. Do you guys know any exercises I can do to strengthen my ankle, as well as help with my range of motion?
