Medical History Relevant:
-Mother has ADHD,ADD, and is on concerta and Zoloft.
- has ADD,ADHD is on concerta
-110 pounds, 5'3'', 14 years of age (birthday March 8th, 1996)
Symptoms:
- Irrational Embarrassment
- Rapid mood swings
- unexplained anger
- being able to sleep but simply refusing to (obviously not because of immaturity or just being a child
or I would not have listed as a symptom)
- unexplained sad spells (randomly break down crying for no reason)
- can't just be happy, there always has to be something making her sad
- seems to mimic behavior of people she meets, not really noticeable though, not a major symptom but may be relevant
-guilt, slightly
