almost my whole body hurts becuase of my job... help me?

im working at wendys in the grill area. i just work 9 hours yesterday then 9 hours today... my legs hurts and i cnt get a strong grip in both of my hands. what should i do?? i have a shift on saturday and i want to feel pain-free...

and how can i avoid this in the future??

im kinda new in working so i really dont know what to do...
