I am a verizon wireless customer who gets 500 out of text messaging per month. Well a friend of mine has Alltel, which was bought by verizon, and I noticed that on my phone any text sent to my Alltel friend show up out of network, and they appear out of network on my online balance account, BUT in about 24-48 hours my out of network texts do not reflect my Alltel texts. For example my out of network texts were at 268 last night (I sent and received 18 texts from my Alltel friend) 24 hours later my account reads 250. Is there some sort of delay in recognizing Alltel customers are now Verizon??
