after you make a low budget long feature film, how do I put it in DVD?

if I want to make million of copies..

Put in DVD... with subtitled (spanish and english), closed caption, push play, and all the cool stuff...

What do you call that? Publisher, distributor? I don't want to put it in theater.
And How do I get that?
Where can I get it done?
How much does it cost? per DVD?

If I sell it for $10, how much will the publisher or whoever get for making that DVD?

No I don't wanna it in Blockbuster or Netflix... I just want to sell it in my website.
