Windows Media Player does it. You can change the settings on quality. So that the burning takes longer but better quality is matched.
But you haven't specified the operating system, but obviously if you have Windows you will have Windows Media Player. It does all types of burning, and is the easiest to use. Go into settings if the file type you need to burn isn't listed, because there are burning options in the settings.
