1. Do I need to switch my stock stereo for one of those colorful aftermarket ones?

Back to question 1, my main concern is that my stereo has nice big buttons on the dash, I'd like to keep using them. Also I have a menu button where I can control bass and trebble etc.. it only has 6 levels but maybe that's enough?
