95' Camaro A/C not blowing through dash vents?

Hi I just purchased a 95 camaro from a friend. He had told me that the a/c wasnt working but didnt know anything about cars so I told him it could be the refrigerant. I turned the car on and noticed that air blew from the floor and the main center vent but no air coming from the rest of the dash vents. I replaced the refrigerant with no result from the dash vents. Could it be the hoses?the actuator? Any help would be great!

the ac was working,,,so you replaced the R 134..WHY
1 you need a mechanic as 1/2 the battle is a correct diagnosis
2 get shop manual 25 dollars that will save you from yourself
3 blend doors,,the dash control that directs cool and heat uses vacuum hoses to open/close doors,, so the switch is stuck/broke,,or vacuum hose is disconnected/;leaking or most likely the solenoid/door is stuck
..its hard to get at and often the dash needs to b removed if you cant reach under it
