$4,500 for a 96 BMW 328is?!?

I want to buy a 328is, it has 180k miles on the engine but has a DINAN tuning done to it, a aftermarket exhaust, new shocks, short shifter, and new headlights. I want this car a lot but he seems very stuck on his price of $4,500, which is outrageous. the KBB of this car with all the stuff added is $3,000. Anyways I wanted to know if it was worth it, if the engine will last much longer, and what problems could be coming up in the future. Please only answer if you know, I want this to be answered not everyone to trash my choice of cars. Thanks
