2003 infiniti qx4 rattle over bumps?

I have a 2003 Infiniti qx4 with 66000 miles. When I am driving on surface streets and go over small bumps I hear and feel a rattle from the front of the car. There is no noise when going over big bumps. It is like a faint clunking but not very loud.

You could have a rock or nut/bolt lodged somewhere. Or you could have part of the suspension system worn that needs replacement or adjustment. A mechanic can do a check to make sure the suspension systems the steering systems or exhaust parts are OK. These cars are like tanks. I owned one from 03 to 2010. Drove it every where in the USA without any issues. Fantastic vehicle. I miss it. Good luck.
