2002 Dodge Intrepid thermostat housing?

We have replace the housing 4 times the last one was 5 months ago. Its made of plastic. Does anyone know why this is cracking or there is a problem? My last repair $600.00 later replaced the housing also flushed the transmission and replace the filter. Can anyone tell me if there is any class action suit? Has anyone else had this same problem?

Housing bolts may be over tightened , or the intake manifold may be warped. best of luck to you.

they also make a replacement for that one that is aluminum ,id buy and install it ,they don't break as easy,the reason its probably breaking is the way its being put on over tightening will cause them to break,lots of luck you .
