every few minutes I hear a semi loud squeak sound from under the hood especially when the cooling fans kick on. It only lasts for a split second but while it happens it feels like i am losing engine power for a split second.
belts are new and tight to spec, its not the fans themselves, it happens at idle and while driving, I cant pinpoint the location of the sound as it is bouncing all over the engine compartment due to its high pitch.

could it be a relay switch causing the current to arc? any help is appreciated.. I dont have the money to pay a mechanic right now.
as I stated above, belts are new and tight to spec. there are no tension pulleys since the alternator and power steering pump are the adjusters.
