Hey, I've got a 75 plymouth cricket, same thing as a dodge colt of same year basically.
It had a 1.6L in it but I got my hands on a 2L with tranny. I had the engine and tranny swapped out because the 1.6L had no power going up hills.
Now I blew the tranny on the 2L. I still have the old engine and tranny. Does anyone know if the tranny should be a straight swap?
It'd be a lot of work for me to pull them both apart and try swapping them to find they don't match....if anyone knows, you'd save me a ton of work!
