10 points! my iphone is stuck, displaying only the apple logo?

WHAT SHOULD I DO!?
i jailbroke it a long time ago but then today i restored it to factory settings and when it was finished, the apple logo popped up. I was expecting the unlock key to appear but then it didnt ;[.

i cant connect it to itunes too because im using a new computer now! ( my old one was thrown away)

My phone has done that atlest four times and wouldn't turn on I would leave it alone and put it on the charger or hold the home button and the lock button for atleast a few seconds, that's what I usually do.
