ive tried using spyware doctor, super anti spyware and avg free
none of them have gotten rid of the virus ! i also downloaded fire fox as i heard its less prone to...
I have 3 separate orders that are being shipped from UPS (all Ground) and 2 of them got rescheduled and 1 still says "Billing Information Received" for the past 4 business days. I don't use UPS often, but had no choice.
should i curl and do push u[s with them one day and then the next day just do situps only so basically take a brake from dumb bells for one day and then do sit ups then take a day break from them and so on and so forth or should i take more than a one day break from eachh
And when I say hurt, I mean the normal pain you get a day after exercise. Is my form bad? I feel the workout in my abs too. I kind of go into a curl shape and suck my belly in when doing them, so that might be why my back hurts.
im gonna buy a pull up bar and im gonna start doign pull ups... right now i do barbell curls, should i stop doing that once i do pull ups or should i do both???... cause i heard that one of the best ways to get ur biceps bigger is to do pull ups... so?? thx for answering
