Our VW T5 has 205 65 R16 C tyres at the moment, we want to put on 215 65 R16 C winter tyres. Will they fit the wheels and will it be legal? I had a look in the manual, there it says the allowed tyres should be listed in the cars registration but I couldn't find anything there.

my polo 1.2 diesel is comming soon. It by default comes with R15 tyres. Theres no official vw upgrade available to r17. are these R15s fine or should i take it to a shop and get new R17s? default ones are 185/60 R15
