I didn't do anything to it, and I didn't use TwitWipe either.
One day I logged in and suddenly almost 3000 of my tweets were gone. I only have a 100+ left. Initially, I had 2900+ tweets. What do I do? Is it a glitch, and how can I fix it?

I have two websites that use the official Twitter widget to display my tweets. Both of them work completely fine on a Windows PC, but the tweets don't appear on my Mac.
