I decided I want to try out for soccer, but there are some problems. My skill set is at about 6/10, and I have 0 stamina. When running at normal speed, I get tired after about 1 minute. How can I train and build my stamina for the try-outs which are in about 7 months?
Just wondering...
Like how many miles do they make you run, and how fast do you have to run them? How can I train for tryouts (They are in January/February, I am not sure)?
