    I know crunches help and the trick is to burn the fat off my doing cardio but how often should i do situps and crunches to get a six pack before june? i dont necesarrily like situps so i just lift my feet up and do crunches.

    Does gaining muscle lose fat? Or do workout routines say build muscle AND lose fat?

    I see the slogan, "Build Muscle, Lose Fat" but does that mean you do both at the same time but working out or individually? As if they are saying lose all of the flab you have and after you do that gain some muscle.
