I bought a new computer and when i reinstalled itunes, they told me there was a new update, but when i clicked install, they warned me that the songs on my itouch would be erases, since I didn't move the apps, songs, vids, etc. So how do you move all your old songs and stuff into the new computer?

This is because the drivers are out of date. I have looked but have not been able to find drivers for it. It is a NEC DVD+RW 3530A. I got it in 2005 but the drivers I have now are from 2001. Does anyone know where I can find drivers for it?
