I am looking to buy an audi cabriolet. I do quiet alot of mileage but the 1.6 petrol or diesel is alot cheaper on insurance then the 1.9tdi. Which will be more fuel efficient? And whats the difference in performance etc? I am not very good on the Technical side of things.

...the car wont start? so it was installed last week since then all the dash lights stay on park break petrol battery etc. it was installed by a liscened audio company. driving along tonight and the car cuts out and will not turn straight on. if we wait ten minutes in will again turn back on...
