How would the Neanderthal's religions differ from the religion of the Cro-Magnon's descendants? I'm envisioning more parties.
@Bottom
It was a combination of factors. You can't deny the Cro-Mags killed their fair share, but they aren't the sole cause, no.
Only got one answer from a religious person who didn't actually give me HIS opinion. not sure if people avoided the question or if it just slipped through...
And i was on my phone last time, hence spelling errors.
I was learning about evolution, and my science teacher was basically yelling about how people believe that there is a man in the sky, so were they around at the same time as humans, and were they killed off by other types of humans...
When homo sapiens crossed the Gate of Tears out of Africa, in about 90 000 BC, when they reached lands inhabited by Neanderthals did they ever breed with them? If so does anyone have Neanderthal ancestry today?
Supposedly humankind is exclusively "Homo sapien sapien" now. However, I sometimes wonder if certain people may still belong to one of the earlier groups.
From what I understand an early group of neanderthal ancestors left africa and then evolved in europe to live in the cold conditions. Then our ancestors left africa the same way to find neanderthals in europe, who are similar but have different characteristics and features.
So how did...
All were bipedal judging by pelvises, heel bones etc. unlike modern apes such as chimps (brain size 300-500cc)
H. neanderthalensis average brain size similar to H. Sapiens (us), 1450 cc
H. Erectus avg. brain size 900cc (750-1225cc as get more recent)
H. Habilis avg. brain size 650cc (500-800cc...
Like they raped the Homo Sapien females in Europe? Which left a 1-4% mark in Eurasians? Neanderthals would have also been as smart, if not smarter (Had larger brains at an average 4%).
No one really knows. There's some scientists who think that when humans moved to Europe (and neanderthals seemingly died out), they simply interbred. There's no more evidence for that, though, than the idea that Neanderthals simply died out.
Does anyone have any recent information???
