When I move off the engine don't have immediately full performance.

hi i got a 2001 infiniti i30 and it have idling problem i changed idle air control and throttle sensor and it still idle and stall on me. i put the obd2 scanner on it and it gave me po115 talking about the ect is bad. do you think if i cahnge the ect would it stop idling

I replaced the before cat o2 sensor it has 1/2 tank of gas and used fuel injector cleaner. Ran good right after the cleaner and drove about 40 miles before the car started surging again.

It had been sitting up for a while and after driving it now for about six months it idles up high while driving on the interstate. Is it the transmission going out???? Can it be fixed with a new filter and fluid or should i just get rid of it?
