Just bought my son a Genio Slide. Installed Samsung Kies (which came on 2 small cd's) which I expected to have the drivers etc on it. Now when I connect the phone the Kies program starts but never connects to the phone and I get message: Cannot start this Hardware MTP Device not configured...

Had my phone unlocked, however the youtube, facebook etc widgets have been wiped from the phone. Any idea how to get them back on it? ;/ Thanks.
