games and apllications can not be installed in my mobile, it blocks the option INSTALL. why? plz telme any site from which i can download games n applications, also tell me the procedure plz

as ive broke my u600 screen and my friend may sell me his g600 if its the same screen?

im using my phone for about 4 years for recording. it worked great till now. now i can record 45 seconds and then it stops. i even tried a empty sd card , but it still doesn't work. can someone help me fix this problem ?
