Are the tours really worth it? Are the bass level significantly higher ? I listen to dubstep with deep bass and if the bass levels are better then normal headphones like apple heads that'll convince me to buy them

I have the skullcandy dub in ear buds and they are pretty good. I have not tried the tours and i am wondering if they are worth 140 dollars and yes i have the money and i heard they are durable but is the sound really that much better than skullcandy dubs
Since they have a $50 difference I just wanted to know which one is better quality wise so that I can make my decision about getting one of them easier. I hear a lot of hip hop and rock from kanye west to Metallica if that helps.
