The sugar cookies with thick layers of frosting that is stiff enough to stack but not royal icing. I want it to taste good and from what I understand Royal Icing doesn't. I have to make 150 cookies with white frosted and colored polka dots that will be bagged for party favors.

I don't want to make hundreds. Just one cookie as a start. Plain is fine but deep free to suggest something that will make it better. Thanks. Btw in grams if possible
