Behind my steering wheel on the left side there is a lever looking thing that says "Tilt" on it and has like a triangle thing on it, I have googled it and i just cannot find out what it is. It's about 2 inches long and kinda jiggles around, I cannot seem to make it move much or lock into place...

My rear windshield wiper isn't working at all and I have to get prepared for winter. How much would it cost before I proceed to the dealership?

When I go to shift into 4wd with the transfercase lever I can hear an electrical "click" noise just like it did when it use to work. But the 4wd light on the dash does not work anymore. Any help is much appreciated. Gotta get it fixed before the snow falls! I'm working at a ski resort!

I'm thinking about buying a 4th generation Toyota 4Runner. My budget is around 16k. When looking on cars.com etc... I am finding that most of the ones I find have 100,000k miles plus. I know that these trucks run for ever when taken care of, but would I be expecting a bunch of maintenance costs...

Something wrong with the rear drive shaft, rear axle, or rear brakes sticking? Parking brake stuck on maybe?
