My laptop finds signals and when i try to connect is shows i'm connected but it still cant get on. It wont work on wireless or by Ethernet. i've tried over 15 connections some with a password and some non secure. professionals cant find any thing. please help, i've tried to repair it wont work...

My TV is 720p but i have a 1080i up converting DVD player with an 1.3a HDMI cable, so am i watching in 1080i or 720p?

My internet in not working, on my lap top. Cause of something happened to the inside of it. How much would it cost to have it fixed. And yes i know for sure it something on the inside, not working/broken.
