    what is a good gear ratio for my go kart?

    im looking for a good ratio for my go kart, what sprocket to use and how many teeth on the drive wheel for an 8hp engine i don't want speed as i do power i think there are 10 teeth 11teeth and 12teeth sprockets and what should i use for the drive wheel what i have now is a 12 tooth sprocket and 60 tooth on the drive wheel do you have any ideas
