I think you just need to focus on balancing the bike. If its that your foots slipping off the pedal, trying putting the tops off your feet (ball of your foot to your toe) on the pedals and applying a stronger pressure.

Practice in private with training wheels, the kind that clip to the side of the bike and stop you from falling over.
They teach you to balance properly.
If you only use 1 training wheel instead of two yo will progress quicker in the learning.
wear shoes thet dont have a slippery sole
