Run or Bike? What do you prefer?

I have been riding the exercise bike lately instead of running (it's cold out lately) Wondering what you prefer and why.

Running. Biking takes 3 times as long to burn the same calories. I enjoy outdoor (real) biking a lot, but it is only a matter of time before I crash, everybody does.

If the bike is really comfortable like the ones with the big cushiony seat, then I could ride those all day. I prefer running only because if I bike ride, it has to be really comfortable and for me thats kinda hard to find. I'm very healthy....I'm just used to the treadmill.

its what I do best, it burns calories faster and it works your overall body more than the bike does.

i prefer biking.......wait.........i like them both......but biking gets you farther, so i like biking better

Don't tire as easily, I guess.
