Like in Nepalese, Hindi says Namaste, What is in your language? Please let me know.

Hello, or Hi! (informal). I might say "good morning", if I see someone for the first time in the morning. If you live in the southern US, you might say Hey or Howdy for the informal.

"How" - American Indian, or, for the PC - 'Native American'

"Howdy" - Cowboy or Cowboy wannabe

"Hello" - Answering a telephone in the USA

"Yes" - Answering a telephone and trying to sound like a Brit

"Yeah, whaddaya want?" - When I'm hung-over or trying to do Bogart.

"Kojac. Talk to me" - If you are the late Telly Savalas

"Hello, Duffy's Tavern where the elite meet to eat Archy the manager speakin' no Duffy ain't here oh hello Duffy" - If you are the late Ed Gardner answering the telephone
