It should sound the same. However, you do realize that a ring back is different right? It's what the caller hears when they call you.

I'm looking through the different ringtones and ringbacks on verizonwireless.com, and I can only listen to the ringtone. They have the ringback listed under it with a preview button, but it doesn't play anything. Would they be the same as the ringtone? Or would it sound different? I would hate to buy something and not kno what I'm getting...
Oh, and do I only pay once? Or is it billed to my account every month?
