problems listening to music online.? when listening to music online...it sputters and pauses....how to fix this problem...was told it has something to do with the bandwidth....

dail up internet connect has a much slower data transfer then braodband.

I would suggest pausing the music a minute so it gives your computer time to download music before you listen to it.

Yes, it has to do with bandwidth.

The "bandwidth" refers to the amount of information that can gravel through the line -- for basically the speed.

Unfortuniately, most websites now assume that everyone, everywhere has super-high speed internet -- a very bad assumption. If you're using Windows Media Player or RealPlayer, you can set the options to something like 14.4Kbps or 28.8Kbps (anything well below your actual speed) and that will make it try to cope with a slower connection better and reduce the "choppyness" and pauses.

For something like YouTube, you can pause the video and wait for it to finish loading, then play it without breaks after it finishes "buffering".
