Has anyone heard of this with their enV2...?

the ok button on the front of my enV2 stopped working again. this is the 3rd time and i hate it! it"s happened to my friend a bunch of times and they just gave her the voyager instead. will they do this for me? i guess the phone thats closest to the enV2 is the voyager so will they give me one?
