What is better?Play and Charge Kit or Quick charge kit ( xbox 360)?

I plan on having two wireless controllers when i get my xbox 360.

The second controller won't be in use to much so what would make more sense to get?
 
The play and charge kit. You might need the second controller to play games with friends.
