background noise? I went to a sales meeting and it was outside near a Jacuzzi tub. The tub was on and my recorder picked up the background noise. Is there any way to edit the noise and just hear the voice. I purchased the IC recorder Digital voice editor with ICD-P Series support ver.3.1.03. Hoping I could fix it on my computer witch is a windows vista home premium with SP1. I am willing to take it to a recording studio if that's what it takes. Can i do this myself, is there a program out there that can do this. Is there some way I can have a computer put it into text writings. HELP PLEASE !!

Audacity can do this. You need to put the recording into your computer as a wav file. THen open it up in Audacity. Use the noise reduction function to sample a portion of the recording where there is only noise, not the voice. The highlight the whole recording and apply the noise reduction function.
