this enough for a loan modification? I just lost my job, and expecting to receive unemployment. I have not yet missed any mortgage payments. Going forward though, I am planning on a career change with a substantial decrease in income for my next job (going from tech. to social services in an employer's market) I am interested and wondering about a mortgage loan modification as I am concerned about being able to afford my current payments. Would my mortgage company consider these as enough 'hardship' for modifying my loan?
