Hey everyone,
So here is the story:
I am a 22 year old Male who spent the past 2 years overeating. about 2-3 years ago I weighed around 170 pounds and was very fit you could even see a full set of abs almost. I became asocial for a while and spent most of my time overeating out of depression/stress/boredom. I stopped exercising and spent about 8 hours on my pc a day without even leaving my house. (don't play wow). last year I weighed in at 200 and about 6 month thereafter I put on 50 more pounds.
Quick recap, 6'1 250 pounds (put 50 pounds on in about 3 months) stretch marks all around my waistline and upper arms.
So now it has been about 5 weeks since i started a diet that involves no exercising yet, however i do walk a few miles each day. I am currently at 214lbs and am starting to worry about my stretch marks and the possibility of loose skin during the next 30 pounds or so.
What can i do to avoid getting loose skin and what can I do to diminish the appearance of these horrid stretch marks.
I appreciate the time you spent reading my huge wall of text lol.
Thanks in advance,
joe
