about my oscar fish tank?

I would first check for leaks. I know oscars can jump from the tank when they are getting fed. I don't know who large your oscar is and i don't really think the fish could knock out that much water. My sisters oscar has jumped up and grabbed her finger when she has been trying to feed it but not that much water splased out.
