Why shouldn't i kill myself?

I have been depressed for a very long time. I don't know what to do with my life anymore. The most important person in the world hates me and doesn't wanna talk to me at all or anything. I suck at everything and have no skills. My family could care less about me. I try to be positive but there is nothing to be positive about. Either tell me easy ways to kill myself or try to convince me why i should keep living my miserable life.

The most important person in the world is a job description--hire a different person for it.

You don't suck at everything. You write quite well, to start with.

You've been dumped and life sucks. Find a counselor. Life does get better, but it helps to have someone to show you that.

Look, i bet you are worth so much, you will meet more people, you have your whole life in front of you. You can live your life for yourself and enjoy it for YOURSELF. it's your life and but ending it you will hurt much more ppl than you think. trust me losing a friend like that is painful, i went through it and i dont want it to happen to other people

I'm going through some of the same things. I've been fighting it too and sometimes I really just want to end it, but then I think about who I will hurt. Really, you might feel like there's no one, but there's always someone who will be hurt by it.

Another reason: I know there will be people who will become part of my life later who aren't yet; people I will help, and people who will help me. It's only fair for me to give them a chance, and maybe something bad will happen to someone else if I'm not there for them later on (It's actually happened to me.)

I know there's a reason I'm here. I've tried to kill myself and somehow I was stopped when I would try. I know that God doesn't want me to go, and He is telling me to stay because I know He has a bigger plan for me. I need to fight this and get through it.

If you think negative you will feel negative. Nothing is going to change in your life unless you make an effort and change something. You have to try really hard sometimes, but you can't give up. Everything will fall into place later in your life.

Don't say "my miserable life". That shows you are pitying yourself. How will things get better for someone who is pitying themselves? You need to change that somehow. I am much happier when I'm not feeling sorry for myself. Sometimes helping someone else out really helps you to feel good about yourself and that you are making a difference.

You could try doing something like that.

Find someone to confide in or find a therapist/counselor to talk to.
